Villa Clarté (83 m²) is ideally located in the small village of Piraillan (commune of Lège-Cap-Ferret). A comfortable shanty with sea view, terraces on the Basin side and garden.
The beach is only 20 meters away! Oysters and fresh fish are only a few steps away, several tastings of shellfish at the water's edge!

Rental Rates
Depending on the time of the year, between € 1990 and € 2690 a week

Price details :
- Tourist taxes are included

- The end-of-stay cleaning fee of €160 must be paid in addition to the rent upon your arrival
- A refundable deposit of 1500 € will be requested on arrival
- Parking is on the public domain, a few dozen meters from the villa
Payment of the balance of your reservation :
- The balance of your reservation must reach us at least 15 days before the stay or the day of arrival depending on your method of payment.
- The deposit must be paid upon arrival in cash or by check. It will be returned totally or not depending and after the inventory of departure or at the latest one month after.
Terms of cancelation :
- The rent will be due, no cancellation possible except in case of force majeure or if the period has been re-let.
Booking conditions :
- 7 or 14 days minimum rental. The rental "fortnight" and more will be preferred
- Rental only from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise agreed)
Availability :
- The entrance is usually after 17h and the exit before 10h. Depending on the booking schedule and the cleaning, the entrance and exit times can be adapted.
- For the comfort of all, our guests are welcome to smoke outside and pets are not allowed.
- It is forbidden to organize night celebrations and noisy parties.
- For reasons of comfort and insurance, we can accept no more than 6 people during the stay.

A holiday rental in the heart of nature :
In the middle of the peninsula of the Cap Ferret, come to discover Piraillan, a charming small fisherman village, a few meters from a beach of Bassin d'Arcachon.
Oysters and fresh fishes live ! The ocean is only a 2.5km by walk, bike or car. Many cycle paths will make you discover this true nature.
Villa Clarté :
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people, on the first level : A living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a bed of 140 cm, a room with 2 beds of 90 cm and 2 rooms of Bath (shower and toilet separated).
It offers two terraces: to the east, with a dining area on the Basin side and to the west, garden side with deck chairs, parasol and barbecue.
Parking is on the public domain about fifty meters from the villa.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday usually (unless special agreement).

Our representative or I will greet you on site. I remain at your disposal before and during your stay to answer all your questions. About 8 days before the date of your arrival we will contact you to organize your welcome the day of your arrival.
